The Hustle, the Grind, and the Glory of a 12-Session Day
There are two things I need to conquer the world: My laptop… and a chessboard.
That’s it.
You can keep the rest. Keep your fancy offices, coffee breaks, and long lunches. My battlefield is set with pawns and pixels. My victories are earned through strategy, patience, and grit.
These days, my schedule is something people gasp at: Twelve sessions a day. Yes. You read that right. Twelve.

Some are online—Zoom calls that turn into mental marathons.
Some are offline—face-to-face, across the 64 squares, where the air itself hums with silent concentration.
Every single session? A battle. A story. A moment of growth. For my students. And for me.
But don’t get it twisted.
This isn’t just about chess.
This is about discipline.
Passion.
Purpose.
And the insane power of pushing past your limits.
The Hustle Behind the Hype

People see the sessions.
What they don’t see?
The in-betweens.
The quick water breaks that feel like pit stops in a Formula 1 race.
The late nights prepping material when your brain begs for sleep.
The internal battle between “I need rest” and “I want to give my best.”
You see, it’s not just the students learning during these sessions.
I’m evolving with every lesson.
Learning how to manage pressure, stay calm in chaos, and hold space for others—even when I’m running on fumes.
There’s a certain madness to doing this every single day. But there’s also a magic in it.
A rhythm that only hustlers understand.
A fire that burns not in spite of the chaos, but because of it.
Passion is My Fuel. Chess is My Canvas.
People think chess is just a game. But for those who live it, it’s a mirror of life. It teaches you patience, strategy, sacrifice, vision. It shows you how to stay calm under pressure. It rewards those who plan three steps ahead, but also punishes hesitation.
And now, it’s more than a game.
It’s my classroom. My arena. My meditation. It’s where I connect with dreamers, thinkers, kids with spark in their eyes, and adults rediscovering their edge.
With every session, I’m not just teaching chess—I’m building warriors. Quiet ones. Strategic ones. Focused, future-ready minds.
So How Do I Manage It All?

Honestly? Some days I don’t even know.
But I’ve learned this: You don’t wait for motivation—you build systems. You manage your energy like a pro athlete. You learn when to pause and when to power through. You don’t let stress manage you—you master it like a final endgame.
I’ve turned my chaos into choreography.
My stress into structure.
My schedule into a symphony of purpose.
To Anyone Out There Grinding…
If you're in the thick of it, overwhelmed, juggling more than you ever thought possible—Know this:
You are capable of more than you think.
There’s strength in you that hasn’t even been tapped yet. And if you’ve got your tools, your passion, and your purpose aligned—there’s no force on Earth that can stop you.
So no matter how wild life gets, how many sessions stack up, or how much the world demands of me…
Just give me my laptop. Give me my chessboard. And watch me make magic.
